Tap your new card on a phone and it walks you through setting up your profile — about a minute. The card’s link is yours from then on.

How paying works
Nothing is charged on this form. You give us your details, and the next page shows your reference number and where to send the money. Your order is not confirmed until we have seen the payment.
- You place the orderThis form. We show you the total including delivery before you submit it.
- You pay by GCash, Maya, Bank transferThe next page carries a QR to scan and your reference number. Send us the transaction reference and a photo of the receipt on that same page.
- We confirm it by hand, then printA person checks the payment against your reference. Your order page stays at its own link, so you can come back to it at any time to see where it has got to.
If a card is lost or damaged
Report it from My CloudCards in your portal. The card stops resolving straight away, so whoever picks it up reaches nothing. Your profile and its link are not affected — they belong to you, not to the piece of plastic — and a replacement card is issued against the same profile.
